Does anyone else feel like they are overheating? I stay hot all day even when others are cold. Many times I'm so hot i sweat obsessively and feel like i can't breathe inless I have moving air. Lime a fan directly pointed at me. Does anyone know anytging that can help with this?
yes......usually all night I use a fan......take care xx
And drink water! If i drink anything else, i get sick. Stay hydrated with water!
I have deodorant in my car and all levels of my home. I often change my shirt 3 times a day, I always wear a tank top under my shirts due to excess sweating(Niagra falls style) because I never know when I will get hit them sweat. I also started traveling with a hanky to dry my sweat... it is simply gross.
@A MyFibroTeam Member that's what they have me on. Do you think it's a side effect?
I am always hot and when I move around a lot, I sweat like crazy. I keep trying different deodorants, trying to find a better one,
