Yeah i get pain sometimes just on one side too. Neck and knee pain happens alot too. Sometimes it starts in one place then moves on down the body. Really weird achey dead feeling. Absolutely unbearable xxz

This fibro jumps around, and yes, usually it will be upper neck, shoulders and arms or just lower body or left or right side only....you never know. I dont questiion if I did something to myself or if I strained this or that....now I know its fibro, has a mind of its own. Just try to keep your body moving slowly, just dont stop...makes it worse. Take epsom salt baths with lavender oil. Heat pads on your neck helps too.

Hi I also have disc degenerative disease which has a real big impact on my body but my neck and shoulder although it constantly hurts if I get stressed it's worse ...im suffering with anemia as well at the moment and trying to get to the bottom of that....think I'm ready for the scrap heap π
i have pain in my neck all the time but sometimes when it's really bad makes me cry weather at home or on bus and i'm not a mard person so must be bad, mainly right side but up to me brain and down to shoulder an shoulder bone on me back can't think for the life of me wats it called, and arm and fingers always pins and needles, migrains bcos of it, it's me sternocleidomastoid muscle aprantly causing all this
