New symptom for me

Hi all
I'm hoping someone else has had this or knows what I mean. This is a new symptom for me and it is scaring me. It's down the left side of my neck closer to the front but also on the top of my shoulder about where the collarbone is. I'm getting a pain and kind of a tightness in that area just a weird feeling. Could be heart related. Pain in the jaw, tightness, left shoulder, chest, and arm pain can all be heart related.

I have constant pain in my neck and right shoulder and down my right arm. I get throat tightness and facial tightness on and off.

Feel for you on this one. I am going through the same at the moment only on the right side. Tight throat, pain in the neck, jaw, cheek and burning in nostrils. Also my throats feels sore and my ear feels full and has tinnitus. I have had this many times before but never this bad. My lymph nodes also seem sore under my ear. Fibromyalgia is such a generous condition! Feeling totally wiped out with that flu but not flu can't lift my face off the floor feeling!

I got a nerve test done yesterday that I have carpal tunnel. You might want to get that checked out. Also getting a pain shot in my neck. Hopefully it will work. Tired if the neck pain and the hand feeling numb.
