Members strongly related to the question about experiencing neck and knee pain on the same side, with many describing how fibromyalgia pain jumps unpredictably between different body parts, often affecting one side more severely than the other and creating a deep, unbearable ache that can feel like being beaten up or run over. Several members shared practical strategies that have brought relief, including Epsom salt baths with lavender oil, heat pads, keeping the body gently moving even when it hurts, increasing medications under doctor supervision, and working with occupational therapists and fibromyalgia specialists to learn how to manage daily life with chronic pain. A recurring theme was the emotional toll of living with invisible pain that others struggle to understand, the loneliness it creates, and the deep wish that loved ones could experience just one day of it to truly grasp what members endure.

Hello,
This fibro jumps around, and yes, usually it will be upper neck, shoulders and arms or just lower body or left or right side only....you never know. I dont questiion if I did something to myself or if I strained this or that....now I know its fibro, has a mind of its own. Just try to keep your body moving slowly, just dont stop...makes it worse. Take epsom salt baths with lavender oil. Heat pads on your neck helps too.
Hope your pain lessens.
