Does anyone else get such sever Charlie horses that it curls your legs and feet clear up under you. Or your hands and arms into balls? I have tried eating bananas and drinking water, nothing is helping?
Try Magnesium....it does help
I take magnesium tablets and that helps .
Stretching often is also very important with fibromyalgia.
The disturbed microcirculation found in FM clinical trials, keeps enough bloodflow from getting to the muscles.
That then shortens the muscle, and causes muscle pain from excess lactic acid buildup.
So you always need to be fighting that process, striving to lengthen the muscle through activity, stretching, and a healthy diet designed to feed your mitochondria.
See Dr Terry Whals website, YouTube videos, and books regarging, "Minding Your Mitochondria".
I get them alot so my doctor told me to drink alot of water. Some meds that you could be taking dry you out and you need to replenish it also get a blood test done to check your magnesium levels they could be low as well.
Try taking magnesium bisglicinate. I take 3 tablets at bedtime as it also helps with sleep.
