Sorry to hear of your discomfort. I have had 2 lower lumbar back operations without success. Went to several doctors who gave me pills, pills, pills: I don't particularly like taking pills but in the end the pain was so bad, I had to to something. I still have this gnawing pain throughout my body but I do try to exercise by walking each day. I use hot and cold to keep the pain at bay. I have tried everything possible including Acupuncture without success and found that it was totally up to me how to handle my life. To make a long story short, I now am seeing a Pain Management doctor and the treatments are not a cure all, however, they do keep me going until the pain starts again.

Im new to this, started a month ago i went to urgent care for back of head, neck and shoulder pain and burning. They diagnosed me with a pinched nerve. But since then i been having tingling of the arms, legs and hands, Cold spells, dull pain in my arms, legs and hip area also in my chest. Been reading alot on fibromyalgia and I'm scared that I'm developing it. My insurance dont kick in til May 1 which i made an appointment to see the doctor. Oh yeah after i work a full 8 hour shift the pain seem to be worst and i cant sleep at night.

I have just paid £200 for acupuncture just going for my second of 7 sessions .Hope it does something. He massaged my arms and hands which felt good .I will try anything for the pain I'm in .
