I always tell my husband that my thermometer is broken. I go from freezing to hot all the time. Sigh And,my cold is very cold...I can get warm though...but have to have sweats, socks, and blankets.
Yes I have the same problem. I always cover up with a quilt when I set in my chair anyway sometimes I have to go to bed and turn on my heated throw. But then other times I break out in a full drenching sweat because I am in alot of pain. It seems like we have no winning solution!!!
My temperature gage is completely messed up. Some days I can't get warm, I'm putting on extra layers and sat covered in blankets whilst everyone else are sweating in T-shirts! Other days I'm burning up, when everyone else in the house are cold... I get hot, take a layer off, few minutes later I'm shivering & need to put another layer back on!!! It's really frustrating.. and yes with the cold comes the painful aches & pains!
Yes when I'm cold I'm cold but I'm hot I'm hot my temperature always fluctuate but the cold really brings on the pain that's why you try to stay as warm as possible even use a couple heating pads maybe one on your feet and one on your back we still keep you warm you might have a vitamin deficiency is very important take vitamin D and iron maybe you don't have enough iron in your blood ask your doctor first but I think that's what it is if people don't have enough vitamin D in them but they hurt a lot worse another vitamin I would suggest as vitamin B12
Yes, before fibro and MS was 'warm' all the time. Now have to sleep in socks all year and keep house very warm. When I feel cold, muscles tense and hurt more.
