Members shared their experiences with chest pain and feeling unwell when fatigued, describing sensations ranging from crushing pressure and difficulty breathing to panic attacks and muscle tension that feels like a tight band around the chest. Several members offered practical strategies that have helped them, including removing restrictive clothing like bras, medications such as gabapentin, stretching exercises like corner wall stretches to open chest muscles, and checking for GERD as a possible underlying cause. A recurring theme was recognizing chest tightness as an important warning sign to rest immediately before symptoms escalate to heart palpitations, cold sweats, or even fainting.

I constantly have like what feels like a band wrapped around my arms . Back . Chest . Breathing in and out I feel pressure .. it doesn't help I'm a chronic asthmatic . But even taking my Meds for that doesnt take the heaviness away ... it's become the norm .... such is life 😣

My physical therapist had me walk to a corner wall and put your hands one on each wall with feet out a little and go in and push out with your arms it stretches your chest muscles and helps a lot.

Chest pain .. See that you don't have GERD. It can cause asthma too. And a heavy feeling in the chest.
