You might go to see. Could be many things. It could be a kidney issue. It could be muscle inflammation. If you get any pain in the torso you can have any number of significant pathology. My advice as a disabled registered nurse. Think what is in between your two collar bones down to the very low Pubic area. All your vital organs. I am not trying to scare you. I am just saying, if I had pain anywhere in the above stated region, I would definitely start with your PCP. Keep us posted please. Yes I suffer from pain in these areas. But I had 7 failed spinal surgeries. The Fibro cause more pain in my shoulders, right arm joints and mucsles.

I have cystic kidneys and I B S. When fibro bad all round abdomen and back get spasms and cramps.

Right side under bottom rib is the liver. Sometimes mine hurts. Sharp pain. Kidney pain I usually find hurts in the back, but up under the bottom of ribs in back, more of a dull ache.

My right side is alway worse with everything … top to bottom!
