They say if you drink one cup in morning everyday it will help but. I have not. Seen the. Lose tea or bagged in stores help please cuz it's hard to buy online there The wait game.

It is rich in high in B-complex vitamins, vitamin A, C and folic acid. Thyme contains a variety of important bioflavonoids and volatile oils, including thymol. Thymol is an essential oil that has very powerful antioxidant properties.

It's actually usually by foods an aisle with vitamins & teas, they could also tell you real quick.

Thyme is a natural antiseptic, and aids the digestion by breaking down fats and oils. Avoid the tea when pregnant, but otherwise it is worth a try.

I wouldn't buy the tea, though. Fresh herbs are much more effective. Buy a thyme plant, and make your own infusions. Good combinations are one herb and one spice. My favourite is basil and cardamom. Lavender and clove is pretty good too. You could use just about anything with thyme. It goes with everything.
