Ever wonder what you are drinking and cooking in regarding chemicals in the water where you live? If you use bottled water, do you know the good PH level of it? Does the chlorine affect your skin when you shower or bath? Any other chemicals that may cause a Flare-up?

Bottled water that you buy, has all different PH levels. Buyer Beware if you want what is best for you. I did check with the town water and they do a report monthly of all the different chemicals. Lead was a real issue here where I live. Chlorine will take care of the bacteria however not so good for drinking and bathing. Cheers to the next drink of good health.

I wonder about the acidity of my tap water. I use a britta filter for drinking water, but tap water when I make my kool aid (the filters r too expensive for me to use for both).
I have noticed that there r times when I drink the kool aid that my stomach starts to burn.
I wonder if its the kool aid or the water.

Water is a closed system and sooner or later we will poison ourselves. Sorry but people don't seem to realize what we are doing to ourselves.
