Something that helps me to reduce psin significantly iis cold terapy. I use two bottles of water and freeze them over nigth. I cover them with peper towel, on place them horizontaly on the floor and place my feet over them rolling the bottles from heel to toes and back. You can do this while reading, watching tv, or working on your computer.
Omg i thought I was the only one. My feet are terrible for pain and like yourself I have trouble walking and getting someone to massage them does help even though it hurts like hell.
Yes sometimes even the soles of my feet hurt, for which i sometimes rub in some diclofenac gel and use insoles for extra cushioning.
I had to ditch heeled shoes a long time ago too.

I have I rub my feet or get someone to hurts for the moment but stimulating the nerves help a lot worth a try but that's what I do
