I have this on my left leg. I put all the lotion I can I use Aveeno it has oatmeal in it. Calms the weird feelings
It's settled a little bit today, worn baggy tracky bottoms today to reduce chafing but at work tomorrow and have to wear quite fitted trousers so hoping it's gone by the morning!! Thank you so much for all your input, I really appreciate it - hope you all have a peaceful Saturday evening😚
Thanks @A MyFibroTeam Member, yes I've also experienced this pain in my scalp and down the the left side of my face - my neurologist called it Allodynia! It's where the nerve endings respond to touch, temperature change as if it's a noxious stimuli! Had it for years and took Lyrics for it which helped for a while! Take care xx
Yes mine is only my left leg, can't bare sheets on it last night, tried to put a cold flannel on it but was too painful!! Thanks @A MyFibroTeam Member will be interested in what you find out from your rheumy xx
Yes I get that too. It can come on with a flare of migraine and sore everywhere or I can get a flare of just burning painful skin. Sometimes I wear my clothes inside out because the seams hurts so much on my skin. Of course I don't leave the house. Lol. I too take Gabapentin to help with the neuropathy. Hope this helps. Gentle hugs and God bless
