Members enthusiastically discussed natural remedies for fibromyalgia after someone asked about thyme tea, with many expressing openness to trying it alongside other herbal approaches they've found helpful. Several members shared their experiences with turmeric as an anti-inflammatory aid, offering recipes for turmeric lattes and teas, while others mentioned supplements like magnesium, calcium, and aloe vera as part of their natural pain management toolkit. A recurring theme was the preference for natural remedies over prescription medications due to difficult side effects, with one member sharing that thyme tea and other herbal teas reduced her fibro flares by about 80 percent over two years of consistent use.

Wish I liked tea.. Its suppose to be good for you. :) I started taking turmeric about a year ago. I try to do as much natural as I can, because for me... I have tried so many meds that dont work and I get so many side effects. Thank you all for sharing.

Some of us have other conditions that cause inflammation. If we can get some relief with those would help us be able to eliminate some stress in turn would help our Fibro. That's how I look at it.

But headaches which are a symptom of Fibromyalgia, do respond well to anti inflammatory medicine, for me at least..

Hi... It really works. I've been using it for 2 years now. I use dry and fresh. I carry a bottle with me for crises but I drink everyday.
I also use turmeric and back pepper. You can google it but its been making a a lot of diffence. And if you want I can give you some other alternative teas I take and it helped my fibro flares in about 80%.
