I have had that, not often, but it is usually a sign that I am getting a sinus infection since the ears are connected. Then I can start walking sideways. A coworker told me to go home once because I was doing that. Keep drinking that water we're told about. Our meds suck up a lot of the water in us to where whoosing sounds and walking sideways ruins our day. Gentle hugs!

yes i have that too, was put on iron as it was low, and i'm feeling much better, no muscle spasms or cramps either, also helping my headaches. its been less than a week since i have started iron, but i feel a difference already. so it may be your iron level. x

I can hear my heartbeat in my head also! So frustrated!

I do have the whooshing sound that is like a heartbeat! I didn't know anyone else did.
