What do you use to sleep
I have tried many different sleeping medications and nothing has helped me but everyone is different and then I got a dog as a companion pet and I sleep so much more then I ever have in my life ....I love my Hunny girl <3
Melatonin and magnesium. Magnesium helps me a lot.
Also, I used sleepy time tea for many years. It relaxes you just enough to fall asleep. My problem is I can't stay asleep. You can get the tea at a grocery store. I think they even have extra strength sleepy time tea!
@A MyFibroTeam Member Hi I'd like to say that magnesium has helped me more than the sleep aids . I take magnesium a couple hours to an hour before bed. All sleep aids over time did not work as well for me or were counter productive. As to how much? Get a good quality source and use as much as needed. If you overdo all that will happen is loose stool or some diarrhea . Just ease back.
Honey, it is not ideal, I won't lie to you, but it is better than putting crap in your body that could hurt you.

I only get 3 and half to four hrs of sleep glad to see some people that has answers I will try the Melatonin allergic to magnesium...Thanks
