I am finding that mentally I feel best if I get around 12 hours of sleep. That is so much sleep! 1/2 the day...... But physically it seems my level of pain just randomly goes up and down. Wondering how everyone balances their sleep, activities and work.

Just depends on the day for me. Easily can sleep 10 hrs. Then depending on my fatigue during the day, I may also need a nap. I think that is probably pretty normal with this condition.
