Knee
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone else suffers from knee pain? For the past wk, my knees has been swollen and very tender especially my left knee. Heaven forbid if I'm sitting for too long without stretching them out. I know that fibro causes knee pain but this has got me worried. I do have osteoarthritis.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I do get a lot of knee pain, more in my right then left but I'm just taking it as part of the Fibro, I do try to stretch as much as possible and use icy hot and heating pad, it gives some relief. If your worried maybe ask your doctor for an evaluation to put your mind at ease, because you worrying is adding more stress to your body and you don't need that. You take care. Gentle hugs 🤗 God bless

I found that acupuncture really helps relieve my knee pain. Nothing else helped - meds, lidocaine patches, heat, cold.

Mine is the right knee and it gets huge. The pain is nearly unbareable

Hi! I also deal with left knee pain, every single day. I also have Osteoarthritis and just thought it was from that. Never even gave Fibromyalgia a thought as to why my knee is flaring up.
