@Jayup I do have pain that comes from my back down to my knee and sometimes just below the knee it is caused by my spondylosis thesis. the disc in my lower back are degenerating and sometimes slip and hit the nerves that affect my right leg sometimes they will slip and affect both legs and that I cannot walk at all for two or three days until they slide back into place. Ask your doctor to do an MRI of your back to make sure that it's not coming from your lower spine. Good luck and God bless I'll keep my prayers going for you
Yes I get it mainly on my right side It always starts in my lower back than shoots down my hip to knee its very painful and I am not sure why .... Got an xray on my lower back few weeks ago but I am still waiting on results
All I have to do is change the kind of shoe I wear and it will make my knees hurt. If my hips, back or ankles are out of balance, my knees will be in distress. That's why my back surgeon said I had to have my knees replaced before she would do another back surgery on me. Something about starting from the bottom so the base is sturdy before going to the core.
I just had a knee replacement but my pain came from arthritis in my knee
I have a couple of stressless recliners which are really good
