Sorry, you're so sick! I was the same about a week ago . Had to go to ER 3 times and the Female Dr understood my pain(3rd time) So she prescribed, Tylenol 800, Ibu
325 and Norco. I was out of pain in Seconds.

I have been taking emergC had soup last night .... I haven't been hungry today don't even remember if I took my meds this morning I made a smoothie for my daughter ( kid friendly) vit C.
I need some recipes for smoothies if anyone has any.

Try vitamin C that should help if you do not have ask someone to get you some vitamin C.
