I have already mentioned this but this time it's so much worse
I had an abscess which I took meds for and it sorted it for a month maybe shorter than that
This time my skin is red, raw and oozing badly, It looks that bad it's like most of my skin has come off.

Members rallied around someone experiencing a recurring, severe fungal infection that was causing unbearable pain, itching, and emotional despair, with many urging them to advocate firmly with their doctor for better treatment since the current approach clearly wasn't working. Several members shared practical advice, including keeping the infected area dry to promote healing, avoiding baby powder on open sores, using prescription antifungal creams, and managing blood sugar levels carefully since diabetes can slow healing and increase infection risk. A recurring theme was the emotional toll of chronic illness and the importance of faith, persistence, and community support to keep going through the darkest and most painful days.

Are they sure it is fungal, did they test it? My thought was possibly shingles?? I'm glad you are going back to the doctor but tell them whatever they are doing isn't working and they need to find out what is going on.
