Members enthusiastically shared their favorite essential oils and remedies for fibromyalgia pain, with lavender, peppermint, frankincense, and Epsom salt baths emerging as the most popular choices for relaxation and relief. Several members offered practical advice, including mixing multiple oils like wintergreen, ginger, black pepper, and birch with a carrier oil, taking warm (not hot) baths with generous amounts of Epsom salts for magnesium absorption, and using CBD oil both topically and internally to address pain from multiple angles. A recurring theme was the importance of choosing therapeutic-quality or organic oils, doing patch tests before use, and being mindful of contraindications, with many members noting that our sense of smell can naturally guide us toward what our bodies need most.

There are a lot of different oils that can help with pain i.e wintergreen, peppermint, comfrey, Frankincense which can even be taken in supplement form to reduce inflammation, it's called Boswellia but there are loads more so I would recommend googling it as each one works in a different way so it might be better to see which ones you find most appealing. Most aromatherapists recommend mixing between 3-6 for best effect and to check all oils for any contraindications. While I realise it might be tempting to buy from your sisters store that she works in I would actually add that using either organic or wildcrafted of therapeutic quality are far better for you and are often just as cheap. I get mine from a supplier on ebay but if you're not sure and the ones in your sister shop are cheap then i'd suggest getting the ones you most like the smell of as our body's natural olfactory sense can have a sixth sense of its own about what smells would most likely help us. Most oils have some pain relief but please double check which oils are safe to use if you are pregnant or trying to conceive and also do an allergy test by doing a skin patch test 24 hours before using by applying a tiny amount of each oil inside the elbow crease. Gentle hugs :) xXx

Hi there all for pain I use Ginger and black pepper and peppermint together I used to sell oils and that was what they recommended along with the others mentioned but that has become my favorite mix. as a muscle soak and pain relief the oils are warming in themselves. I may go and have one in a moment .
