Members shared a wide variety of creative solutions for tracking medications, with the most popular being pill organizers with multiple daily compartments (morning, noon, evening, bedtime), smartphone apps like CareZone and Pillboxie that send reminders and log doses, and pharmacy-provided blister packs that organize all medications by time of day for a full month. Several members described low-tech methods that work well for them, including flipping pill bottles upside down after taking them, using phone alarms with written logs, labeled baskets for different times of day, and even pinning small jewelry bags to a corkboard by schedule. A recurring theme was finding a system that fits your routine and memory challenges, with many acknowledging that fibro fog makes tracking essential and that the right method is simply the one you'll actually use consistently.

The pill box for time of day is good but if you have a iPhone or iPod touch, you can use a app called Pillboxie, and it can remind you to take your medication at a certain time and when you do take it, record it in the app when you took it. Use a notebook for your medication log as a alternative if you don't have access to the app. Good luck, hope this helps.

I use the CareZone app. Set alarms and keep tabs of medications taken.
