I found that medications only mask our fibro problems and they come with tons of side effects. I do aquatic therapy or any pool exercise will do. I also do acupuncture once and a while, and gentle massages. I try not to eat preservative foods and eat lots of fruit and veggies. I wear sketchers sneakers but there was a flare up where I almost started using a cane because I could not walk good at all. We deal with a lot of changes in our bodies with fibro. We have to find what works through trial and error.

I have found a new age Chiroprator that has 3500 lbs of Epsom salt filled bath that's called a Float I've tried. My pain is so decreased I almost feel human again. I'm ready to go back and for 50 dollars its reasonable.

Wow, you sound like me. Doctor tested me twice for ms and lupus before diagnosing me with fibro. Also have asthma, spinal stenosis. Spinalcerebral ataxia, raynauds, peripheral neuropathy, even more plus had 2 cancer surgeries to deal with which is always coming back somewhere to keep me on my toes. I miss the old me too!
