Members shared a variety of strategies for managing constant burning and pinching back and shoulder pain, with the most frequently mentioned approaches being heat therapy (heating pads, warm showers, hot water soaks, and Epsom salt baths), topical treatments like Voltaren Emugel and Biofreeze, and medications such as Lyrica, Gabapentin, and Aleve. Several members found relief through TENS units for chronic pain, magnesium supplements for muscle pain, and daily stretching routines at work or home. A recurring theme was experimenting with different combinations to find what works best for each individual body, with many emphasizing the importance of rest, relaxation, and gentle self-care practices like hydrotherapy and arnica oil massage.

Heating pad or voltaren emu gel ( not together you might get burned). I don't find cold compresses work for me

Sometimes for me just relaxing, or a shower with warm water flowing over those muscle help. Resting ven, no pain meds.
