Legs are definitely the worse, with the feeling that you cant feel your feet as if they have swelled but havent or have & i havent noticed. Im told this is rather dangerous side to fibromyalgia as you could run a boiling bath & step in it for a few moments before the nerve signals to your brain tell you that its rather hot. My hips feel like im 95 the majority of the time yet im only 41. Upto know i havent found much of a solution apart from a nice relaxing radox bath salt ( not bubble bath) for about an hour then once dry a full massage yourself with i use Johnson's aloe vera moisturising cream ( which in my lifetime i never thought id do) but that might just be my male macho way of thinking, but it does tend to calm it down for abit aslong as you rest for abit afterwards. Best of luck. XxxbighugsxxX

@A MyFibroTeam Member, I am glad you get such help with meds. The main question is, What causes these problems? Not long ago, another doctor I saw said the other place recorded that I have Degenerated Disk Disease! I was in shock. Nobody else told me. I Searched DDD and found it's from Cartilage breaking down. So I guess this is cause of my right side and back constantly aching. Some time back. I began losing my right knee strength when the left leg was crossed on it. SO--I started crossing with my *right leg, which now, the right hip hurts. Maybe doing this caused the DDD? And on occasion (but not too often, one of my ankles would just "give way." My entire foot would look like it broke from the ankle. Thankfully, this doesn't happen often.
1. If not having done so and you can get medical help, please have someone check the cartilage between your joints.

2. I know without a doubt that The Lord, Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit CAN and DOES heal. Finding someone who believes when praying is different. Personally, I have prayed, asking The Lord to grow out someone's shorter limb--and it grew out. If you find or hear of someone *(not) who "does Miracles" but prays for them in The Three And One, go to them for prayer.

I haven't quite figured this one out! My ankle pain is the one I got first. It took me a long time to see, but my pain actually comes when my feet get cold (which happens almost all the time). Feet bath or heating pads usually do the trick for me. Knee pain, well that's another issue. Mine started in august and my physical therapist says it's from quadriceps tendinitis. Heating pads help but only temporarily. I walk a lot less since it started. Luckily, I haven't got hips pain (yet), but what is really putting me down is sacrum pain. When I have important classes, i use tiny heating pads that you stick to your feet to keep warm during winter and I stick it on my sacrum. Hope this can give you ideas...

Rest yourself , and I agree , I have fear of going out and then not making it to my car because I can get worse immediately , so I have fear of leaving to get food or Sam's club ..

Have you been to a good physio. My lower limb pains are from back surgery, and slightly pinched nerves. However having your legs and feet released (soft tissue and muscles) could really help. Also trigger point work around hips is a goody.
