Members connected over the shared and often frightening experience of numbness and tingling in their limbs, with several describing dangerous falls, loss of hand function, and numbness severe enough to affect daily activities like carrying children or sleeping. Many members suggested practical next steps, including seeing a neurologist for nerve testing (such as an EMG), trying chiropractic adjustments for neck and back issues that may be contributing to symptoms, and applying direct pressure to numb areas for temporary relief. A recurring theme was the unpredictable nature of these symptoms, which can appear in unusual places and interfere with safety and independence, along with reassurance that paresthesia is a common part of living with fibromyalgia.

@A MyFibroTeam Member no I am not sore the next day. My neck is what bothers me the most, it will hurt so bad and radiates into my shoulder. After I get my neck adjusted it feels so much better. Make sure you find a good one though....there are some bad ones out there.

Yes a lot of people who have Fibro do have those symptoms.Look up Paresthesia..I will leave a link..I had my wholes left side start burning and tingling. and going numb...and other times my left leg it seems to move around...a Neurologist can give you a nerve test called a EMG to search fro causes...https://www.reference.com/health/causes-symptom...
