Several members shared natural remedies that have worked for them, including ginger, peppermint, dry or lightly burnt toast, broth, sports drinks, and butterscotch or mint hard candies. The Heather's peppermint has lessened how often I get obstructed and I rarely get the runs anymore as well. Which is shocking that a $10 bottle of something helps that much

I've been throwing up most days for 2 yrs, if I am travelling I have to carry a bottle of still water to sip when needed. I also use sugar free mint humbugs to suck on really bad days.
