Members rallied around someone experiencing frequent vomiting episodes, offering a mix of home remedies and medical suggestions to help manage nausea. Several members recommended natural options like ginger (in tea, ale, or syrup form), peppermint (as tea or candies), dry or burnt toast, broth, and salty snacks, while others suggested over-the-counter medications like Gravol or prescription Zofran, though one member noted insurance limitations on the latter. A recurring theme was the importance of identifying the root cause, with members urging the original poster to advocate firmly with their doctor or seek a specialist, especially given the frequency and severity of symptoms that many in the thread recognized as abnormal and worthy of deeper investigation.

The Heather's peppermint has lessened how often I get obstructed and I rarely get the runs anymore as well. Which is shocking that a $10 bottle of something helps that much

I've been throwing up most days for 2 yrs, if I am travelling I have to carry a bottle of still water to sip when needed. I also use sugar free mint humbugs to suck on really bad days.
