After seeing several doctors and specialists I found a functional doctor, you would think ALL doctors were "functional" They have a different way of approaching illness. My doctor put me on an elimination diet, it's going to be hard to follow but if it works it will be well worth it. Here are some of the things I have to eliminate. Corn, dairy, eggs, gluten, white sugar, shellfish, soy, beef, pork, processed meats, chocolate.
Has anyone gone on an elimination diet and did it help?
@A MyFibroTeam Member, so it has made a difference in your life. If you started eating gluten you would get sick
Each to their own I've been plant based / vegan for over a decade now and gluten free do to celiac disease since 2012 can't say it's made any difference in my life in general.
I have. It didn't help. Good luck.
Me too, it's the first time in 3 years I've been hopeful for some relief
Lol- loved the 'functional' comment- ty for making me giggle. On a serious note βΊοΈI hope it helps you π
