Im starting to feel horrible.... my leg is in so much pain nothing is touching it.. I feel like my body has been beaten ( like bruised but no bruises found) I'm cold but my body is warm. I either starting to get the cold that my husband has now my daughter has ..... or I feel a flare coming on.

Members overwhelmingly confirmed that they can feel flares coming, describing early warning signs like flu-like symptoms, extreme fatigue, nerve pain, cold sensations, and a feeling of being beaten up without visible bruises. Several members shared that flares are commonly triggered by weather changes (especially dampness), illness, stress, overactivity, lack of sleep, and crossing personal boundaries, with many noting that being sick makes flares worse and longer-lasting. A recurring theme was the importance of rest, listening to your body's limits, and recognizing that while doctors often lack solutions beyond medication, the community's shared experiences offer validation and comfort during difficult times.

Yes, I get Reynauld's on my fingers and parathesia of my face, neck and legs. Sometimes it feels like my legs are dunked in ice! .
