So I think maybe my fibro gets worse just before my period. Has anyone else noticed that or is it in my head?

Yes, it does. I guess it is the hormone fluctuations. I have increased back pain. A doctor, years ago, told me it was the bloating that presses on the nerves. My anxiety gets worse as well and I need to increase my lorezepam from .05 to 1 mg

I had to go on Depo because they were lasting about 6 days but so heavy that I would have to change night time pads every hour and vomitted like crazy. Depo has stopped my periods have not had one in almost 6 years

Oh God Yess! It's debilitating! I've been on birth control to stop my periods but I'm still having them as of late. It takes a while for it to work. But its not JUST the pain, it's the fatigue too. I'm usually out of commission totally. And it's a little the week before, worst the week of and sticks around even the next week. That like the whole month! Arrrrgghh!
