Put on some music you enjoy. If it's 60's or above shake your booty. Just do alittle shaking don't want anyone getting hurt. Take a few dance steps and get into the rythem. It makes you feel like you did when that song came out. If you like country turn it up. I even put the old gossip songs in in the car and sing to them, they raise your spirts high.
I've been dealing with my condition 20 yrs. I suggest a jar or little bag labeled my Fibro Help. Write out everything. And take it out as needed. Try it. I'm reasonable bc I can't afford saunas, hot tubs etc. I guess I could add those things but enough is enough money wise. I need to eat too. Lol. OK friends I can be your Pastoral Doc. I'm new here. Its only been 3 months I think. Blessings to all of you. @A MyFibroTeam Member
Yes exercise does. Especially the water going to a warm pool and doing Aquafit will make you feel great the rest of the day. I have walked and don't feel too bad but sometimes it is awful getting the walking done, but then I feel better after. You need to do exercise with Fibromyalgia. I love Hot tubs after doing Aquafit. Debbie who is doing dancing is doing exercise and also music makes you feel better.
