My husband asked me what I want this year, and I want things that bring me joy and comfort and possibly relieve pain/anxiety. What are some things you have or use that help you with your fibro journey? Something you can’t live without? I’d appreciate your ideas!

The best gift my husband has bought me which has helped the most with my Fibro was a zero gravity bed. I had been sleeping in recliners for 7 years due to the pain from laying flat. I went through 5 recliners. Finally we bought the Sam's brand which was not to expensive and my life has improved dramatically. I can actually sleep in a bed now. It's amazing. I wonder if any of you fibro warriors have made the connection between lying flat and pain?
