Members shared a wide range of medications that help manage their pain, with tramadol, gabapentin, Cymbalta, and Flexeril being the most commonly mentioned, often used in combination with topical treatments like Voltaren gel, heating pads, and gentle stretching. Several members noted that while their medication regimens help reduce pain, nothing takes it away completely, and some found their medications became less effective over time, prompting adjustments like increasing dosage during flares or exploring options like LDN, an off-label treatment praised for improving pain, sleep, and energy. A recurring theme was the importance of finding the right combination through trial and working closely with doctors, while also incorporating non-medication approaches to manage symptoms.

I take tramadol and Lyrica. Helps pretty well with pain. Doesn't completely take it away.

Bule, have you talked to your doctor about this ? I had the same thing happen because of being on it for so long and my PCP told me to take one twice a day and 2 if the pain is really bad. Nothing is going to take it completely away but given this option has helped with the flares.

Hi, my name is Debbie and I'm on gabaoentin and LDN. Its an off label Rx that my naturopath has me on. I find it helps tremendously.
