Have any of you noticed a positive chance in your symptoms after you stopped going to work? While I have less stress and less stress, I still have pain and fatigue, plus the other symptoms. I thought I would be symptom free once I stopped working, but I'm not.

Only six weeks in but feeling fibro better. It takes awhile to fill in your day but the stress has helped end a 6 week nightmarish flare
After I stopped working I rested more and that helped some with my pain. I sleep more and do less. I do try to walk alittle so going to malls waljing not to far from your car helps you rest better which helps with the pain.
I am retired and I still feel the fog and the fatigue among other things. Yes it does help to reduce stress as that has an affect (or is it effect) on your body. Just be grateful that you don't have to try and work plus deal with all the symptoms you are having. As time goes on things may get better.

I thought the same thing, but nothing really changed for me. 😂
