Does Anyone In The UK Still Get Prescribed Dexedrine For Their Fibromyalgia And Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I would like to know if anyone in the UK is still able to get dexedrine tablets on prescription for the chronic fatigue aspect of Fibromyalgia? I was prescribed them for several years by my previous GP and they made such a difference to my quality of life. It's not that my current GP won't prescribe them but I believe that they are not even available in the UK anymore as the manufacturers are no longer make by them? Does anyone have any useful information on this type of medication?

I think that's just adderrall. I found a friend that gets that for her fibromyalgia and I was thinking of talking to my Dr about it because most days I can't stay awake. If I sit I fall asleep and am trying to do online school. I want something to help because it's the fatigue that is ruining my life. I can see how it would be useful to having a good quality of life.
