I am having a lot of pain urinating. It is extremely painful and some times when I cleanse myself there is a little blood. I do not have an UTI, the Urologist has already checked. He put me on Ditropan for one month but it hasn't helped. I am sleeping until my bladder is so full that it's painful and as soon as I get up it's dripping down my legs. I'm shocked the doctor dismissed this, I seriously think you should see another doctor. In the meantime drink a lot of water and I mean a lot of water. No nsaids or anti-acids either. I've been fighting my kidneys and am off my pain meds (acetaminophen in them) until I see the specialist Tuesday. I'm drinking at least a gallon of water a day and still hurting. Best wishes and hugs
If your Urologist isn't doing any testing to find the cause of this I'd get a second opinion. All urologists are not the same as I found out when mine moved a few years ago. Having blood in your urine is not normal and should be checked into.
@A MyFibroTeam Member my bladder problem is slowly going away. I make myself tinkle often to prevent my bladder from being so big. The bleeding and pain has stopped for the most part. Thank goodness. I am not taking any medication for my bladder now. I am not using a catheter either. I can't do it myself and my husband has a hard time doing it too. My Urethra is way far back so it is unreachable for me and he can barely see it and the catheter likes to go over my Urethra and not in it. We just gave up and my bladder is getting better every day, at least until the next time. Have a great day and hope you don't have too much trouble with your bladder. Many hugs.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I also have a Medtronic Bladder Implant. It has never worked correctly for me. I have gone to the doctor to plan to take it out. I know Myrbetriq has helped me and I am taking this until my doctor decides on the next step.
