Members resonated strongly with the question about bladder problems that come and go, with many confirming it is a recognized symptom of fibromyalgia that differs from a UTI since there is no burning sensation. Several members shared helpful strategies including wearing absorbent pads, trying pumpkin seed oil, taking cranberry probiotics, and asking a doctor about prescription options like Gemtesa. A recurring theme was the relief of knowing they were not alone, along with humor about always knowing where the nearest bathroom is.

Doesn’t help that I’m thirsty all the time ,and drink lots of water.
I know where the bathroom is everywhere I go!

Yes, I have overactive bladder. I am on Gemtesa which works great! My doctor did offer three alternatives instead of the medicine, which is quite expensive, but I got approved for extra help because I have four medications I already take that are extremely expensive per month.
