My knees has been hurting me for over 3 years now .For years I haven't been able to get up on my knees. In the beginning I hurt mainly in the cold weather.I assumed it was fibro because the pain was on the sides where the tender points are. Well this last year I fell a few times on my knees one time was really bad and on concrete. I waited months before I would go to the doctor assuming it was fibro and maybe a knee injury. The pain started getting worse and the inflammation would never go down.My GP insisted I see an orthopedic surgeon.I went to the orthopdeic surgeon and HD took an X ray. He walked in and told me I need knee replacements on both knees due to osteoarthritis. I WAS speechless. Long story short please go get an X ray of your knees if your knees hurt alot.

Not sure Lynda if fibro related always best to get it checked out by gp as could be something nasty I know it's hard I too hate going doctors feel like I'm always there lol although in reality I very rarely go X go get it checked out x

Hi folks well am of to the doctor again he will be feed up with me soon my belly is all swollen looks like am due to give birth is very uncomfortable and the pain a already have this has made it worse could it be anything to do with fibro as never had this before and am very embarrassed to go outside in case a c folk and they thing am pregnant can anyone help me here and let me no if its anything to do with fibro plzthanks ,,xxxxx

Yes I've suffered with my knees since 2009 used to be in the knee cap but now it's both sides of knees on both legs very sore to touch too x
