@A MyFibroTeam Member the same thing happens to me. No matter how I lay if I lay for too long the pain wakes me up. I'm usually up by 4 or 5 every morning no matter how late I get to bed. Some times I'm even up at 3 also. The pain is intense and wakes me up. My husband can't understand why I am in such pains at night because we have a new bed. He just doesn't understand that it's the Fibro. Good luck to you all. Many hugs.

What ever side I lay on I wake up sore as can be and can barely move. The longer I sleep the worse it is.

I told my primary that when I get up in the morning I feel like I've been run over by a bus..... Fibro or arthritis or both?? All I know is that I hurt and can barely move....Long hot showers help me to loosen up.....
