I have had Fibro for five years. I am experiencing new symptoms. My right breast hurts, arm pit hurts. No lumps, just pain. Hard to put a bra on, or lay on my side. It doesn't seem to go away lately. The pain lessens but is still there. Had a mammogram and gynecologist appointment. Everything was good. Anyone else experience this?

Members strongly validated concerns about new breast and armpit pain in fibromyalgia, with many sharing similar experiences of worrying about cancer only to find relief after testing confirmed it was fibro-related. Several members discovered that eliminating caffeine significantly reduced their pain within a few months, while others found comfort using sleep bras, TENS machines, or simply accepting that the pain was not dangerous once tests came back clear. A recurring theme was the emotional burden of unexplained pain and the constant worry it triggers, balanced by the community's reassurance that this symptom is common and often manageable through lifestyle changes and self-care tools.

Yes I get this a lot. Always worrying even when I have been told it's fine. Sleeping in a sleep bra at night seems to help when it's bad. Which is a bit like a crop top.
I get the feeling like a base ball to and they feel heavy if a bend over.

Yes!! Horrible pain for 6 months. Multiple tests and nothing. Honestly once I had the second test and accepted that it wasn’t cancer I stopped focusing on it. I also stopped all caffeine. Within a few months of that it was much better.
