You know, when you choose to take care of yourself, to listen to your body ... and you feel cheap to say no to people who are inviting you, who want to see you.

It's hard not to feel guilty and at the same time frustrated about my limitations.

I hate how bad I feel and when they don't believe me. My friends are more distant now.

My too. I can't get up for long in the mornings so to go to church, which has become rare in the last year, I have to stay up all night and try to sleep after. My daughter keeps saying I owe her money (she lives in my apartment under my housing voucher but she has Tourette's Syndrome) but I got fired from ,my job in Feb for having bursitis and I have been ignored by ssi for 2 years. My friends don't seem to understand much anymore. I'm not invited much because I've let them down. I say I'm going to be there and then I feel anxious and sick.-tired. Only my mom visits us anymore. No others in my family do. I know how you 2 feel. :(
