Rebecca

I was getting them very bad and found out I had a vitamin d deficiency. Best bet is to get lab work done to see what vitamin supplements you may need.
Usually when you get muscle cramps it's a potassium deficiency.

Massage seems to help and happens after I have walked a lot or stood in one place very long...darn this Fibro...dont think that I have a muscle in my body that isn't affected at one time or another.
