I was wondering if you used medical marijuana to help with pain of fibro. Are you using an oil or smoking it. Does it really work or just make you high?
Thanks for your help
You don't have to get 'high' to feel the benefits. I vape CBD in wax form. I feel a huge difference. The fog lifts, I can think clearly. My nerves relax and my body still hurts, but not at the same level. My pain is greatly reduced.
It would be getting something very high in CBD's, there are all kinds of canabinoids in each type or sub type. If you go to a co-op or medical store they will help you but, need to know exactly what you have. Mine know I have cancer, thyroid, diabetes, and FM. What I use and what for they help me pick. Mostly a sativa hi-bread when I need to get things done and a indica for sleep or relaxation.
I am planning to puchase online some of what I have been promoting. I will post an update with comparisons and feedback....
It depends on where you live When I visited my cousin who has Fibro. and has a card I tried it ,it works. no pain pills, you eat it , let us not forget its an herb that has been proven to work.
Doctor will not write a prescription for it. He says it hasn't been proven to work. I told him it works for me. Two seconds after smoking a joint I have no pain, no spasms. Unfortunately I cannot get the pure oil without a prescription which doesn't contain the THC which gets you high, I would prefer it. I have and use cannabutter which you use like butter in baked goods and smoke it in a joint or pipe. I only use it when pain is really bad because I get high, it is expensive and I am on a fixed income.
