Its supposed to help with the symptoms, and one lady has said it does work so I am going to try and get some, I presume its from a health food shop. thank you Heather

Yes I've found that it helps with some of the pain- I know because I ran out and missed some doses and pain got worse. I've also not gotten sick in a year(cold, flu, sinus problems)
I used to o get sick more because I work with kids.
