Makes u think of things you have had to adapt doing to be able to manage that you now take as normal which would get you points

Eg, I have had to adapt my wardrobe because of pains in hands have great difficulty with buttons and zips or need help to do up. Wear slip on or Velcro shoes because can't bend down to do up laces
Also don't think that you won't qualify for mobility.. You need to fill in the questions in this section with the details on how a flare affects you

The short answer is yes you can apply. PIP is about how your condition affects you and not what you have. Therefore if you have issues with day to day living or mobility then you can apply and you will get it or not depending on your score. The score is done by how much you are effected in the two catagories.
You also mentioned that your medication is costing you a lot of money, so I assume you are paying for your items each time you get a prescription. If this is the case I would suggest that you apply for an annual prescription charges certificate that costs £104 per year. This can be paid monthly over 10 months at £10.40 per month. If you get this you only pay for the certificate and you can have as many items as you need. I have one and get 13 items a month and more if I need them all for £10.40 a month so you should apply. I do know you have to pass certain tests for pip, such as how far you can walk, how well can you take care of yourself and stuff like that, I.e bathing, cooking jst general everyday things,
