Does anyone else find their shoulder and neck pain worsens when wearing a bra. I'm looking for alternatives for work I do t wear one at weekends and can't work out if it due to the bra or less stress

I get it to it is because that is a weak point for the fibromyalgia maybe try a more supportive bra to hold more weigh so it is not pulling on your shoulders
For large breasted women going without a bra can be just as painful (different pain, but just as bad) as the pain or wearing one! When I just can't bear to wear a bra I wear a cami or tank top with a high spandex content in one size too small. It holds everything together so that the weight of my breasts don't cause pain, and doesn't put pressure on my shoulders or sides like a bra does. Make sure the cami isn't too tight for comfort, just tight enough to hold everything in place.
I can not wear bras they feel like barbed wire that gets tighter and tighter
I find the same pain, but don't really have any answers except sports bras are easier on the shoulders for me.
u can try a supportive strapless i like sundresses with them in as it doesnt add pressure to shoulders n neck hope u can find n alternative maybe even a boutique could give ideas hugs understand the feeling
