Setting alarms helps. If you have a phone that will do that you can remind yourself.
I made a list of my meds and times of meds. My husband helps me keep list current ( memory issues). Then we use a weekly plastic dispenser am / pm . For mid- day I use a once daily plastic dispenser; this gives me more room to add my supplements in the small space provided. Also because of quantity of meds and supplements I have them in plastic basket. When I fill med dispenser I go by med list and pull med bottle out of basket until I'm done ( all meds should be out of basket) then I put them back until new med change or following week).
I use a weekly pill box with daily slots and also use an alarm to remind me- isn't fibro fog the pits!?๐
I use a weekly dispenser, I leave it with my coffee pot as I drink lots of coffee so I see it all the time, my daughter comes round and makes sure it gets filled every Sunday, I do forget on my bad days when I just sleep though,
I have my pills set out on my kitchen counter. Sometimes I forget to take one.
