Since I am having trouble finding Doctors to work with I have been thinking about trying Naturopathic Doctors and wanted to know if anyone has tried that route and if so has it helped any to know the things to try and not to do, etc.?

I'm on a bunch of medication I'm in the process of weaning myself off some.
I've been researching natural painkillers and supplements that can help with pain, inflammation sleep etc. Personally I think this is a good move for me. I'll let you know how I get on.

Sheryl, I became a Wellness Coach because I truly believe in going the Natural Route, and want to guide others in using Natural Modalities and navigating through the maze of all that's available to them. Keep us posted on whether the Doctor helps!

A chiropractor I had since I was diagnosed in 1997 helped me a ton over the years. He stopped taking all of his Fibromyalgia patients and others to only accept Work Comp and accident victims. I have never trusted anyone as much as I trusted him. Since he stopped, I have had to resort to epidurals in my back, etc. Meds, etc. It sucks. I wish I could find another chiropractor I trusted as much as him. Good luck and let me know how the naturopath helps. I do read a lot about foods that are inflammatory and take way too many supplements because of reading so much. Here's to someday someone will find a cure.
